Develop or adapt a tailored performance framework to assess representatives;

Capture and compile all the relevant assessment data;

Analyse and discuss the reports to understand how the representatives are performing, as individuals, in groups and in aggregate;

Conduct regular assessments to monitor ongoing performance and the impact of performance improvement initiatives.
