Ron Latham,
Managing
Director:
Ron
has held senior roles with high profile multi-national
corporations in sales, marketing, market research as well as
general management for divisions and companies in New
Zealand, Australia and Asia.
He formed his own
consultancy
in 1993
and has provided strategic marketing, marketing research and information,
performance management and consulting services to a range of

Fifteen years in two multi-national market research
agencies, in all facets of market research, including
customer and staff satisfaction surveys. Worked with
large and small clients to design and undertake surveys
and interpret results to improve and build their

Responsible for a division, using computer bar code
technology, to provide a range of scanning data services
to grocery retailers, using a panel of households that
recorded all grocery purchases. |

Established and managed retail panel services for the
consumer durables industry in Australia, South-East Asia
and New Zealand for continuous measurement of market,
brand and model share information, through sales
off-take from retailers; |
Ron is
a member of the Australian Market and Social Research
Society and has presented papers at many conferences in
Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the United Kingdom and Europe.

Ann Kenna,
Associate:
Ann Kenna is
a senior strategic consultant with over 20 years of
advisory experience gained
in her former roles as Vice President Human Resources with
GE Commercial Finance, HR Director for Allen Allen & Hemsley
and HR Director for ACNielsen.
During her esteemed career as a senior HR practitioner she
has led many large scale change management projects
including acquisitions, mergers and organisational
re-designs. Her strategic projects have also included:
