Alternately, we can work with you to design and implement a program, with measures to suit the specific needs of your organisation, core leadership competencies and culture; undertake the surveys, provide individual reports and assist with feedback and coaching.

Review Process

360° Review features a flexible administration engine to allow clients to build an appraisal questionnaire based on their unique set of competencies. The tool uses a simple five-step process:

Define and weight your competency/behavioural framework criteria. The criteria are those key skills and competencies you wish to use in the assessment framework.

Communicate the defined and weighted criteria to assessment participants and observers via automated email functionality.

bullet

Observers provide anonymous feedback for participants by providing performance ratings and comments for each assessment criteria. Feedback is instantly collated to provide aggregate scoring.

bullet

Benchmark and review individual or group feedback scores either online or via paper reports.

bullet

Incorporate feedback in interpretation/development sessions.
